He is NOT responsible for what his minister/pastor said. He is responsible for what comes out of his mouth. It appears those that are afraid he will be the next president of the United States are showing what and who they really are. Hate comes out as it is. I know hate from anger when I see it. I have faced hate. I have to say Senator Obama showed strength, courage, restraint, intelligence, and that his is a gentle person and a gentleman when he answered you. He showed what a tower he is and the quality we need in a president of this great nation. He showed how he will react when he is meeting leaders of the other nations of the world. Interesting, God can use ALL things. This gave the people of the United States and people around the world the opporunity to see Senator Obama's strength especially when he clamly replied to you. Millions were proud of him and changed their minds and decided to support him. How about that? His popularity shot up after that. It was meant for evil but God used it for good. As He always does. The Holy Spirit knows what he is doing. Get ready Major Garrett, get ready, you will have a President Obama as the next president of the United States. He is prepared, ready and very much needed for our nation. Those in other nations are watching and know exactly what is on the minds and in the hearts of those who have attacked him with hate, malice, twisted his words, and shown that racism is still alive and well in the United States of America. Any one who can not see it must not live on the same planet I do. Perhaps they have their head in the sand. It has shown in the statements and faces of those who have spit out hate and anger to him. Those who are using the Rev. Dr. Jeremiah Wright's words against him are reaching for straws. They have nothing else to use against him. All people who have love in their hearts know what the press is trying to do to both Senator Obama and his beautiful wife, our next first lady. Incidentally, Mrs. Michele Obama said, "This is the first time I have been really proud of my country." NOT the first time I have been proud of my country. How low can you go? Does he not have the same right as any other citizen to be president to this great nation? His country. He is the perfect person to be president for the next 8 years. The lies against them is NOT working. There are MORE good people in the this great nation than those who sound like some of the ones I have heard on FOX NEWS. This man has beautiful brown skin. He is part white and part black. The part that is black is being brutally attacked. This is insane. God did not make a mistake when he gave Obama that beautiful skin and those wonderful grandparents who reared him in the faith and loved him and his brown skin deeply. He is no diffenernt from anyone else. Thank God he has an intelligent wife to stand with him and support him. This reminds me of Jackie Robinson when he was told to marry his girlfriend for he would need her for support. God never leaves us alone. Major Garrett, you will reap what you have sown. You have unjustly attacked a member of the family of God. That makes all of these attacks, "The battle of the Lord." It is in his hands. Incidently, I am thankful he was strong enough not to denounced Dr. Wright the man. That also showed strength. Go back and read that speech he made in Phildelphia. Listen to it as a Christian and not a critic.
